This March has witnessed the grand relocation and upgrade of Togen-Paneltek’s manufacturing base. The new one covers an area of 70,000 m2, of which 50,000 m2 is for workshop and 20,000 m2 for raw material warehouse. With the total investment of up to 49.2 million USD, the factory is equipped with fully automatic and integrated production lines. Being top manufacturer of terracotta in China and major exporter of terracotta cladding product to the world, we updated the new facilities in below aspects:
Productivity Improvement
- The firing kiln has been upgraded with the length increased to 200 meters. As a result, the production capacity has reached 4,200 m2 daily and 2,000,000 m2 annually.
- The extruder is advanced enough to realize multiple colors and shapes while ensuring quick delivery.
- The drying kiln adopts six-layer large-capacity furnace and automatic embryo storage system to improve the drying efficiency.
Equipment Upgrade (automation, intelligence)
Togen-Panltek terracotta products are manufactured in a way that promotes environmental conservation while ensuring high quality. With the update of the doser, blender, kiln, and the other relevant equipment, Paneltek is more dedicated to enhancing the capacity of terracotta manufacturing. The production will be conducted in a fully automatic and intelligent way.
